Women about Sound are hosting a workshop lead by vocalist, producer and performer Rebecca Mason Melrose (Miloux) on the basics of improvisation in a pop or R&B context for live performance and recording.

The workshop will cover: how to improvise over the chord changes; how to change up melodies live so you’re not singing your own songs by rote; and the basics of improvisation in a jazz tradition.
