Women About Sound are hosting a workshop focusing the dark arts of live mixing.

Over two hours, Jess Haugh will demonstrate how to set up a small PA, mic vocals, and instruments and the basics of mixing live music. Following this will be some performances on the night allowing participants to apply their newly learned skills.

Jess is a performer, musician and audio engineer. She has been mixing live music in dingy bars and setting up PAs at Auckland Uni for the last three years
