Sinti Botuva Tapes – a film about the weirdest band in the world
Sometimes referred to as “The Weirdest Band in the World”, Reynols is known for its musical diversity, which spans everything from cosmic free rock and lo-fi drone electronic music, to conceptual sound art and social/political/esoteric observations. Formed in 1993 in Buenos Aires, the free rock trio consisted of Roberto Conlazo, Alan Courtis, and Miguel Tomasín, a drummer with Down’s Syndrome described by the group as their “spiritual architect.
The world of Reynols is a universe completely of its own, encompassing an open-process DIY philosophy, and subject to multiple documentaries while still sustaining an element of mystery.
Spend some time there through this intimate film about their work!
