Audio Foundation is pleased to present in association with the Deformed Secretions exhibition ‘My Buddha is Punk’, a film by Andreas Hartmann.

The story follows Kyaw Kyaw, a 25-year-old Burmese punk, who pursues the dream of seeing the punk scene take off in the former military dictatorship Myanmar. He travels across the country to promote his own philosophy among the young generation: A symbiosis of Buddhism and punk that rejects religious dictates and political doctrine.
