noemienours (piano set)
Inspired by Nobel-prize winners Herta Müller and J.M. Coetzee’s depictions of totalitarianism and segregation, the work of noemienours embodies a criticism of anthropocentrism, and of mankind’s prejudiced entitlement. The slow and thought-provoking nature of her music has prompted comparisons to bands such as Earth, Grouper or Low. After several years of reclusive creative work and 3 DIY vinyl releases, this will be noemienours first set on piano.

Her’s is a music to lose yourself within, drifting as the songs carry you far away from wherever you find yourself, to somewhere more open, filled with the vastness and sorrow of nature.

With Pumice and Psychick Witch

Pumice
Everything Pumice owns is broken. Audience members could be forgiven for thinking he is fucking up ’till half-way through, when a perfect solo ballet of mini-cassettes, modified guitar, foot-pedal drum-kit & short-circuiting spring reverb croon coalesces. Pumice surprises with subtle mastery of broke-down sounds, slowed-down Magic Band rhythms, crumbling chord organ hymns & tragic ballads that reach deep into the very soul of Flying Nun/Xpressway/Root Don Lonie For Cash anti-pop pop music.

Psychick Witch
Psychick Witch is thee process by which a love undying can be performed sonically for her in her infinite wisdom.
