Please join us for the opening of Ask Ma What She Thinks, an exhibition of works by Auckland artist Sarah Loggie which affect a slippages between the ideal and the real; beauty is limned by the abject.

Sarah Loggie currently lives and works in Auckland, New Zealand. Thematically, her practice considers relationships between the artist, artefact and audience. Collective ideologies, notions of identity, materiality, ritual, and the body inform the politic underpinning her work.

The works in display in Ask Ma What She Thinks have been submitted to Auckland University of Technology in partial fulfilment of the requirements for a degree of Master of Creative Technologies.
