The Audio Foundation is pleased to invite proposals and expressions of interest for its 2022 Gallery Programme with options available for solo and group exhibitions.

The aim of AF’s Gallery Programme is to provide support and opportunities for artists working with sound, or making work exploring themes and concepts related to sound. We encourage applicants to consider how public programming (workshops, talks, performances, etc.) or small publications might figure into their project. Artists’ fees, administrative and technical assistance are available to support the realisation or successful proposals. The AF Gallery is fitted with an eight-channel surround sound playback system, live projection and ample floor space across its two rooms.

Applications can be made via email to admin@audiofoundation.org.nz
Please provide a single page description of the proposed project, short biographies for exhibiting artist(s), as well as images or recordings of past work if available.

Please include “2020 GALLERY PROPOSAL” in the subject of your email.
Submissions close on Saturday 16 October.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you toward the presentation of your work at the Audio Foundation in 2022
